By making a reservation with Velvet Vine Stays, guests agree to comply with all property rules, occupancy limits, and applicable building or strata bylaws.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged accordingly.

Check-in and check-out times, cancellation policies, payment terms, and house rules are provided during the booking process and form part of the rental agreement.

Velvet Vine Stays reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate a stay where necessary to protect guests, property, or compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
